How do I contact Lady Aura?
You can reach us on WhatsApp, email, or through our Contact page. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm. We reply within minutes on WhatsApp.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Currently we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Simply WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We are sorry if this happens! Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged or wrong item. We will replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can return or exchange an unused, unopened product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Simply WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available nationwide across Pakistan.
Is Lady Aura cruelty-free?
Yes — 100%. Lady Aura never tests on animals. All our products are cruelty-free and made with clean, ethically sourced ingredients.
Are Lady Aura products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Lady Aura products are dermatologically tested and free from harsh sulfates, parabens, and harmful chemicals. However, if you have a specific skin condition or allergy, we recommend doing a patch test before full use or contacting us before ordering.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is secure and processed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your courier tracking number. You can use that number on the courier website to track your order in real time.
How much are the delivery charges?
Free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 business days. Other major cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout — no advance payment needed. You pay when your order arrives at your door.
